One of the original ideas behind Northern California Views was to provide a web site where people who wanted to write for publication could get themselves in print for the first time. A place where people could try out their ideas about writing. A place where a person could get their feet wet, try the water, and perhaps build up some confidence.
Of course, no one wants to be a novice forever. The eventual goal is to be published by someone who will pay you for your work. To help start your search for one of those "someones", following is a list of magazines which publish articles and stories on the Internet. Many of them also publish articles and stories in hard copy print.
The purpose of this listing is simply to share information about resources we have found. Please contact each individual publisher to obtain details about their publishing policies, requirements, and possibility of payment.
